I’ve been drinking Graubünden Pinot Noir since I’ve been in Switzerland, including the 2021 Malsaner Pinot, which I ordered 20cl of and which came in two separate glasses, already poured. The robe, bouquet and texture had nothing of a Pinot to it. It tasted like a standard Valpolicella or some such. Now, I admit, it could have been from an older vintage, but I wish these places would poor from the bottle on the table, rather than bring the wine in the glass.
