I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at Tibits. My visit was marred by both poor service and unreasonable food pricing. I was a regular client here, but I will not come to this place no more.

Upon arrival, we were asked to change our table, despite having made a reservation in advance. This unexpected change disrupted our plans and left us feeling unwelcome. Furthermore, the manner in which the staff handled the situation was far from courteous, leaving a sour taste in our mouths even before we had a chance to order our meals.

While I understand that occasional mishaps can occur, the overall experience at Tibits was well below the standards that one would expect from a reputable establishment. I hope that this feedback can serve as an opportunity for the management to address these issues and improve the quality of service and dining experience for future patrons.

The restaurant has a nice ambiance, beautiful stairs connecting many available floors where one can eat. In the ground floor one can choose among many dishes, all of them are really tasty. These is (for example): rosti, gnocchis with their respective sauce, breaded coliflower with hot sauce, rice noodles salad, salads made with many ingredients, and deserts such as apple and almond pastries with vanilla sauce. There are plenty of options for people with restrictions, and they are very well indicated. Each meal says what it is and what contains (you can also see it in English on the other side of its German version).

The price of your food depends on its weight. There is free tap water and a free bread included with your meal.
