I've been to Stars and Stripes 3 times because it was a group outing. I wouldn't choose to go there on my own. The food is extremely overpriced for the quality they deliver. I ate these on three different occasions:
an Irish Whisky Burger - it was served lukewarm and dry, it wasn't very tasty - just a dry, lukewarm burger. spare ribs - were also served lukewarm (I hate lukewarm food, especially when dining outside), were hard, it was difficult to divide the bone from the meat, just meh, loaded fries - this was the worst dish I had there, very soggy fries, tasted like old fries warmed up in a microwave so that the cheese melts and they get warm, disgusting.

We arrived at around 12:20 and most of the warm food was lukewarm or cold, many dishes were gone already and not refilled. The potato wedges were cold and looked very dry, same with coleslaw or whatever it was, dry and unappetizing. The croissants and bread were dry too. There was almost no sliced warm ham left, no pancakes (I managed to get the last one, dry and sweet and not tasty), the maple syrup was gone, not even a drop left, the bean dish was undercooked and beans were hard and dry inside. The Statue of liberty!) undercut the pleasant (if slow and forgetful) staff and lovely terrace. The food is oversauced and leans heavily on fryers, with nothing that would appear out of place on the menu of an Applebee's or TGIFriday's...excepting the bizarrely showcased ignorance of regional cuisine.
