My first visit - as expected, no disapointment as it is a multi-city established brand in Switzerland. Both the roll as well as the sushi were tasty, although for ppl accustomed to eat Japanese cuisine only in Asia, their cooking level if the sushi rice is longer, resulting in very soft rice. Their broth in the hot beef soba noodle soup is succulent and well spiced. The boiled beef is of superior quality and tender without being dry. Went to have chicken noodle soup for supper and then were told as we ordered from what was apparently take away we couldn’t go into the restaurant but would have to eat outside. As it was 20:00 it was chilly and less than ideal at that time of the day. We went back to our hotel room to eat. For what you get, it's a way to expansive. Not so many variations. But it doesn't come close to real Japanese food, that's why I wouldn't go again. Especially the rice, but there are no Japanese working, so no big surprise. Stuff, Service, Location and Atmosphere is very nice!
