Vegetable and meat from the local farm. I could tell the difference. Meat was cooked very well and tender. Very good quality with reasonable price. I would recommend fondue especially. I tried other places people recommended to me but this one I just randomly came. Not greasy at all, have a good and deep flavor. I would definitely recommend to other people and come back again!

Nous avons pris les steak sauce café de Paris et c'était une belle surprise. Beau morceau de viande, on sent la boucherie proche pour la fraîcheur et café de Paris délicieux. Frites très croustillantes.

Went there after a long day of hiking and via ferrata to get hot chocolate. The service was impeccable, they even gave us some delicious meringue and double cream to try, definitely a great place to go after a long day of enjoying...
