The food is good, the service is average at best. I ordered the raclette, which was melted in the kitchen, not at the table. While a table of regulars (locals) was served promptly and all needs were met, we waited 10 -15 minutes after finishing each plate of cheese for the next one to be served (in an empty restaurant). My father in law had completely finished his fondue for a good 20 minutes before the last plate of cheese was served. 28 CHF for four thin pieces of cheese melted on a plate, a small portion of potatoes, some pickles and pickled onions seems a bit expensive for what you get. The manager, server was nice at first and throughout the meal. However, when we voiced our concern that we would have upgraded the order to the unlimited portion, but it was taking too much time between the plates, his demeanor changed completely and his response was 'If that is how you feel, its best we stop here'...
