Food was ok but nothing extraordinary. However, the service was really bad for a 5-star house, unworthy. We received the wrong sushi and after highlighting to the waitress, she wanted to seriously tell us it was our mistake as we ordered the wrong food. Pollution du Buddah bar au Grand hôtel du lac à Vevey

Pendant la haute saison et à partir du 15 juin 22 cette année L'hôtel ouvre une animation apéritive de soirée ( 17 h à 1 h du matin ) qui s'appelle Buddha bar et qui est une sorte de franchise ouverte sur réservation aux clients de l'hôtel et au public extérieur . De ce fait , nous en avons fait la malheureuse expérience cette animation vient polluer ce qui faisait l'intérêt de cet hôtel . Ne comptez pas vous détendre ni à la piscine ni dans un quelconque endroit du jardin ni dans votre chambre ici , sauf à vous cloîtrer . ou à vous priver de la vue sur le Lac en prenant des chambres donnant sur la ville .D'ailleurs tout est organisé pour vous inciter à consommer au Buddha bar car en dehors de cet espace la carte qui accompagne les boissons est réduite volontairement au minimum .Ceux qui veulent dîner en extérieur , c'est à dire tout le monde à cette époque , en seront pour leur frais en direct avec une musique pulsée qui sert de défouloir aux urbains de Vevey . Food tastes well and the setting and ambiance are great. We decided to try it despite the service related reviews but unfortunately have to agree with them.
