3. This is my third review. And unfortunately, I will still remove a one star. Over the past six months, some of the food and service in the restaurant have deteriorated. We are disappointed. 1. Excellent entrecote, one of the most delicious perch fillets and crème brûlée I've ever had. The service is top notch. Nice romantic atmosphere. Highly recommend this restaurant and would love to visit ourselves. Merci beaucoup 2. Hello again. I will leave you another review, but this time with a not very pleasant experience. I will still give 5 stars, hoping that the restaurateur will take this into account and correct the mistake. I am a vegetarian, I rarely eat fish, but I often eat vegetables and dairy products. The first time I ordered a salad with potatoes as a main dish at “Ma Cocotte”. It was okay, but the taste was not impressive, it seemed that such a dish could not cost 30 francs. The next time I visited, I decided to try a vegan burger (although I almost never eat bread and unhealthy french fries), since I thought it should be quite tasty, with vegetables and a beetroot cutlet (as stated in the menu), but in fact there were no vegetables at all, except for a few green leaves, a little bit guacamole and two cherry tomatoes, as decoration, and the cutlet itself consisted entirely of soy and had the appearance and smell of dietary meat. It's a very sad thing that regular omnivorous restaurants don't understand vegetarians and vegans, they are indifferent and don't even try to please the customer with the quality and taste of the food. :( If a person has refused to eat animals, then anything that looks and smells like meat can cause disgust and even a gag reflex in a vegetarian :(( And soy is the most tasteless and disgusting product for vegetarians. Regular oven-baked vegetables with a delicious sauce, moussaka, vegetarian lasagne, gratin with vegetables and cheese, ravioli, risotto or pasta with truffle, mashed potatoes with wild mushrooms and cream, roshti with cheese and vegetables, various salads with vegetables, nuts, cheeses, cereals... Such a huge selection of truly delicious vegetarian dishes that even meat eaters like. Please, if possible, fix the situation. We are your neighbors and we like your restaurant. Merci, en tous cas.

It’s actually really really really good food! Only the service isn’t really good… some waiters are really good but most waiters are either too young (not experienced) or just not bothered. I waited for 10 minutes for the menu when we arrived, then I came back for a drink in the afternoon and they forgot the water “caraffe” I asked 2 times (and there wasn’t many people)… But i’ll come back because the food is very good!

Wow! The decoration truly represents and gives the feeling of being in a Parisian bistro. The staff is so welcoming and professional. And what about the food? Amazing—so tasty and beautifully presented! This is definitely my favorite place in Vevey. Thank you for this amazing experience!

I have dined with you before, which was why I reserved a table to celebrate some dear friends wedding anniversary. We were very pleased with the attention we received upon arrival with a concern for the rain which might have interrupted our meal had we not moved closer to the interior. The Maitre D' was warm personable and treated us as welcome customers. Sadly, our waiter was not from the same mold, as he repeatedly came to top up our Prosecco glasses, which were still full, while we were in the midst of a conversation. Having run an eating establishment myself, I found it rude. We found him out of contact with the pace of our meal, not available when we wanted him and overpoering when we didn't. When it came time to pay the bill, we requested that he divide the meal costs and put the win on our half. He effectively said that we should figure it out and let him know. This would never be an issue in other restaurants of your calibre. It left a bad taste in our mouths and we left without a tip. Hopefully, this was a one off and will be resolved for our next visit. Wishing...
