Endlich kann man das unverwechselbare Essen von Valérie, Phuntsok und Kalsang wieder geniessen, welches man vom Grand-Café im Gewerbemuseum her kennt . Es ist immer mit viel Liebe frisch zubereitet, ist sehr bekömmlich und bringt einen Hauch Tibet, Indien, Thailand und manchmal auch Japan...
