Food was fine and atmosphere as well. I came here with my baby ordered coffee and food and I was asked to take my coffee with the tray, which I would normally do but with the stroller and a sleeping newborn it was not possible. Nevertheless I asked for help from the man(this happened today) he said I can’t help you as I have other orders to take. Is there really no one else to help me take the plate to the table outside? He asked me to take the baby leave here there and then take my plate, in what works would I do that???? Honestly just horrible. If it was not for the kind lady that graciously left the line, and helped me with the plate honestly, I cannot believe this. I’ve always had the waiters help out if their way even without me asking. Obviously no tipping. Spoilt my whole stay there and never eating at any of the backery chain ever again. Zumbach all the way. The baked goods are great but I come here for the BEER.
