Bäckerei Hug - Zürich Stauffacher — Restaurant in Zurich

We were there for brunch/breakfast combination. We wanted to finc a breakfast place but everywhere was full. So we ended up in this small, cozy, beautiful backerei. The staff was friendly and smiling. The food was delicious but not really special I would say. The coffee was a bit bitter but I guess it is kind of same in all other places in Zürich. I came from Germany and this was I realized in other places too in Zürich. However, if you want to do your breakfast in a nice, cozy athmosphere, it is quite good I would say. The prices are average...

Good location, near the centre, and very comfortable setting to come in the morning for a coffee while reading the newspaper or a book or even to work with your laptop. Not very crowded either which is great.

It is part of a bakery chain, although they also serve coffees, salads (as well as sandwiches) and even ice cream. They don't have the best of anything, to be honest, and there are many places that serve better coffee... but everything is pretty good and the place is simply quite nice and comfortable....

Wenn ich ganz ehrlich sein darf , die Auswahl haut mich nicht um ! Dennoch hat es Gute Sachen darunter , aber zuwenig Auswahl . Die Anna eine schwarzhaarige mit langen glatten Haaren und ca 25 j ist sehr unfreundlich und frech ! Leider schon mehrmals und einmal hat sie mich sogar aggressiv angeschrien ? Als ich einen neuen Salat verlangte weil sie den Salat vom Behälter im Teller kippte und paar salatblätter daneben gefallen sind und sie es demonstrativ agressiv sammelte und im Teller reingeworfen hat ! Weil sie wusste das ich zuschaue . Auf diese Provokation und Unprofessionalität reagierte ich ruhig „ Behaarte aber auf einen neuen Salat! Daraufhin ist sie ca 10 min am schreien gewesen hat sich im Ton übergriffen die Kontrolle verloren ?! Katastrophale Person… ich wollte den Notfall Psychiater anrufen …. Nie wieder bei Bäckerei Hug !

Was da für Personal eingestellt wird ist erstaunlich ?! Hat mich frech angegriffen als ich ihr was im ruhigen Ton sagte - gereizt und unfreundlich.

Glaube ist irgedwo vom Osten. Jedoch kennt Sie keine Manieren und wie man mit Kunden umgehen sollte ?! Traurig betrete das...
