Probably my favourite bubble tea store in Zürich! The staff are always so lovely and friendly, and the service is great every time. They have so many amazing drinks to choose from, but my absolute favourite is the Mango Supreme — it’s delicious every single time.

I come here at least once a month, and everyone I’ve brought with me has said the same: the flavours are amazing, and the bubble tea is always fresh and perfect. Extremely slow. Still slow if 1 order of 2 teas was were ahead by 1 worker. Disappointed to have consumed my tea without a straw. I order a chai milk from the list, and the paper straw was unable to swallow the bubbles through. My finding was that the warm pearls were bigger or stickier for the straws. After requesting for options, here the alternatives. A. Buy a metalic straw B. Maybe could find a straw outside, at coop maybe C. Drink it without straw. Is not a must, according with the worker.

He argue it was my fault for requesting a "special" product, but i just ordered a product from their monitor product list. He say i should complaint and maybe they will consider additional straw options.

I'm environment friendly, and not asking to bring plastic again, but maybe evaluate other options.i.e. (test your products, control the bubbles quality, other non plastic straws). I just don't think is correct to blame the customer for not receiving a product that works. Taste was good though, not very enjoyable after the...
