Banh Mi — Restaurant in Zurich

The food is usually good, no compliants there. But perhaps the people compiling the (noodle) dishes could use some more directions on how to add each ingredient. Today the shortest girl in the shop wanted to pour the actual fish sauce onto my noodles as if it was water. The fish sauce should be carefully dosed or dazzled only since it's super salty. I had to stop her or else.. (also i asked for fresh chilis but she immediately put the chili sauce on top instead. She did correct...

The place has a nice interior although dimmed by the bad attitude of one worker and the other one kept blabbering on about crazy things event though all customers were wierded out. Very cringe experience for everyone there. The Banh Mi sandwich is 13.50 and is a bit small for that price. Probably overrating, since I was hungry and just in the mood for this but the food was simply amazing! The combination of meat, veggies & herbs took me straight back to Vietnam. 😻 What only concerns me a little bit is, that I don't know where the meat and other ingredients come from. (Bcs I did not ask 🙄) Also that I came shortly before the closing time and there was still a lot of food left...hope it won't...
