We had high expectations for this restaurant based on a recommendation, but unfortunately, our experience was highly disappointing. We arrived at 6:30 PM and were only served at 8:15 PM. It seemed like our table was forgotten, as we noticed that the table next to us—who arrived after us—was served all their dishes, even receiving additional orders, while we were still waiting for our first dish. This was surprising and frustrating. When we inquired about the delay, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the situation.
The ambiance was another drawback; the restaurant was extremely noisy, making it difficult to enjoy the evening. Reservation recommended, to avoid disappointment, though the seating is generous, and summertime terrace will offer even more more. Yes, I could barely move after the fact, but I am strong and independent so I also had dessert. Reader, they have mochi ice cream. Oh, and ume spritzers and other umeshu based potions. You will leave happy and surely return. If you don't, more...

Even the smaller futomaki rolls thats usually just a filler to your dish, tastes delicious, because if its well made its more than just a filler. This standard is represented throughout the dishes.
Not to sound too cheesy, but... You can taste the passion thats been put in making the food and designing the menu.
