Absolute trash. Do not waste your money. We ordered through Uber eats, and we saw the driver waiting at the restaurant for our order. When the driver finally arrived, more than an hour and twenty minutes late, he told us the restaurant took too many orders and could not handle it. The driver said he was going to cancel, but the restaurant insisted he wait another 20 minutes before the food would be ready. When we finally got our food, our caprese salad was missing… I called the store and the guy said it was the drivers fault, of course it’s not the restaurants fault! Ha. Then my family and I look at our pizza and see that it was not even cut, like at all! We’re staying in a hotel so we have no way of cutting it. Then we looked at and tried the Bolognese which resembled chef boyardee canned pasta. We took a few bites and had enough. This place was an absolute,...
Read moreMe and my partner went to l’Artista for a dessert, so I can’t judge the pizza. Tiramisu was better than other places, although we would have like some more savoiardi. Still, the portion was quite big for the price and we liked it. The baba with stracciatella (suggested by the waiter) was a bit disappointing for the price/dimension (14CHF and it was slightly bigger than a mochi). It was frozen inside, and the filling was minimal, but overall the taste was good. Also with the drinks, my boyfriend didn’t receive the beer he ordered, and after I ordered a glass of red wine, they came with some other suggestion. We didn’t feel like remarking this, as we were tired and he was nice. We got the feeling that the waiter didn’t have it 100% under control (despite few tables in the pizzeria there was quite some waiting), however, he was polite and courteous, so he left a...
Read moreWe went there with friends who have 2 kids for a spontaneous dinner in the summer. The waitress does not speak German nor English and we had to communicate via Google Translate. However she tried very hard and was always willing to help. The physical menu is quite confusing and solely in Italian while the online menu is very badly translated - so we went for easy choices without risking any surprises :) The pizza was quite good but still only average if you compare it to the restaurants in the area. We were seated outside which is very urban but that's what you get at Lochergut - they have inside seating if you don't like the outside vibe. It was nice to check it out as we went due to the Google Maps ad but I don't think we'll go again as there are just better options in the area with less...
