There is this employee: small man (1.50M) probably from India or Sri Lanka. Very unfriendly = 0 social / personality competence. I have been there 2x in the same week. No greeting / thank you / good bye… just left the take away bag there and went to the dessert-corner & pretend to be busy. I guess it is a small-man-syndrom-problem. Doesn’t look happy to work there. Therefore he should change the job! There are alot of other competent employees, who would be happy / thankful to work there & have the customer service affinity to work even in a fast-food chain like Mc Donalds!
My 2nd review; Sat, 15.06.2024 I ordered a cheeseburger w/ additional cheese.. I returned and without complaint, I showed the receipt and without any word from their side - but ask me to show the receipt for 3x! - they gave me the corrected burger like throwing it to me without any apologies. I understand that in hectic hours mistakes happen where humans are working. In general, this man I mentioned in my first review is still there and the manager (big-wide lady) have absolutely no personality & social skills, which is essential in this field, despite the “fast-food” industry. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. My order came out poorly – one of the ice creams had ketchup packaging inside (completely unacceptable), and I was given only one straw for both a frappe and an iced tea (both 0.4L drinks). I politely asked for an extra straw so I could take both drinks and leave, as the overall quality of the order was already frustrating.
Instead of helping, the manager, who had just been visibly arguing with another employee, became aggressive and started yelling at me for simply asking for another straw. I calmly tried to explain the situation, but he continued to escalate it. Eventually, he threw a lid at me so I could carry the drinks without spilling them — no apology, no professionalism.
This level of customer service is unacceptable. Staff should treat customers with basic respect, especially when the order itself is already messed up. I won’t be returning to...

but here in Switzerland the food was slightly better quality than we are used to. The bun on my Big Mac was round and shiny, the meat had little specs of onion, the sauce didn't get all over my hands, and my sandwich didn't fall apart or get squishy. So it was superior to an American Big Mac!!
It is McDonald's!!! it's not healthy, it's not good for you, it kind of leaves a heavy feeling in the bottom of your stomach and everything is overly filling and salty. It is why Americans are so unhealthy. Watch the documentary Super Size Me if you want to know all about this restaurant and the nutritional problems it has caused people in my country.
