I opted for a wood-fired pizza and I can tell you, there’s nothing like the flavors that come with a wood-fired pizza oven! Add the artistry of a pizzaiolo who loves what he does in the mix and you’ll get the perfect pie. Thin, silky-smooth on the inside, cross on the outside crust and an explosion of Mediterranean flavors in your mouth and nose that send you straight to the heavens of the Amalfi coast. And if you didn’t watch that Pizzaiolo work his magic in his open pizza kitchen, I bet you’ll be back to catch a glimpse or two to try and steal his secrets.

The experience is rounded off by the attentive, friendly and professional waiting staff that create a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere.

This restaurant has all I expect from a dinner out well spent. Way to go, Molino Gasometer! Looking forward to...

It used to be the best Pizza place in Zurich, but what happened?? Who changed the Pizza recipe, the dough used to be soooooo much better and fluffier 😭

Else the place is super nice, great staff, clean and good prices 👍 but unfortunately I will get my Pizza from Naplue in the future, which is a bit sad because you guys really had the best one before - I miss it soo much 😢

(You can even see in the older reviews which have pictures that the dough was fluffier and not flat as a pancake. And I‘ve tried it now a couple of times, it’s really different now. I think it also had more cheese, but I‘m not 100%...

We stumbled on to this restaurant. The pizza was excellent. Fresh Buffala cheese and prosciutto. The poor rating was because there was an intentional mistake on the bill. We were charged twice for dessert. 12 chf for tiramisu. In addition, we were charged for tap( still) water. He refused to take off the bill. He gave us cash back when we showed him the error. Coming to think of it, when we sat down, there was a party on the other table of three women who also had a problem...
