Tourist stay away! Racist and hurtful waiter!

I came here last year with great memories of the food, but the past 2 month twice I came, I met this very rude waiter, bold with a black mole on his face. First time with my friend ( German speaking ) he completely ignored me, doesn’t answer my questions, never smiled, and only talks to my friend in a very impatient manner.

Second time I arrived alone, when I come in, he walked directly around me to talk to an older swiss woman who came after me. After the woman told him that I was here first, he starts to staring at me with his angry face, ( scared me so much as he is very tall ) and shouted at me “ what do you want”… at this point, I didn’t do anything or said anything, this is clearly different treatment as the way I look.

This hurtful behavior I can not tolerate and non locals should be aware that you are NOT welcomed here and don’t bother to be hurt by these waiters.

Restaurant owner should be aware how many negative reviews this waiter has got since I’m not the only one. Don’t let one bad waiter cost you...

I have been in amazing and some of the best rated steakhouses all over the world including London, New York and Singapore. But this is a new level of perfection. Absolutely incredible. These guys deserve Michelin stars. The main thing is the meat they select. It's just beyond anything I've ever tasted in my whole life. And that relates not just to the beef but to all the meat they have. The only problem you will have after visiting this place is that you'll be spoilt. You won't be able to enjoy a conventionally good steakhouse anymore. Prepare for serial foogasms and ecstasy when you eat at this place. It's expensive but he'll...

I arrived , 1 person for dinner. Fortunately a no show cancellation— I got a table.

I ordered: Habla del Sile Braufrisch Stang Zürcher Geschnet

Manager advised it’s too much food for 1 person, I insist to try them.

Wow super full flavours, quality together with 4 glasses wine.

The best meal past few weeks, I was in Milan & had several Michelin dinners (fine dining) here was much tasty.

Of course, here is a nice, local, simple decor with best food & friendly service.

It’s not Michelin service, just nice, direct, family friendly service :)
