Züri Bistro Albisriederplatz — Restaurant in Zurich

Been there a couple times. The falafel was really good that i ordered the first time. The second time i ordered the lamb kebap wrap specifically with no onions. I asked again when we got our orders that my wrap was without onions. The response was that both wraps were without onions although only one was supposed to be, but when we started eating at home it was clear that both contained onions. Luckily I'm not allergic, but since i don't like onions i would've rather ordered something else cause that ruined the otherwise good...

I came here to try some delicious food and ended up rejected because I only spoke english. That's not customer service !!! I'm glad I didn't buy food from such a jerk. I have worked in many food places in my younger years and have encountered customers who spoke a different language or who were hard of hearing and I didn't reject them , I figured it out so that they could place their order !!! I love the kebab here and the fries is the best in Zürich, crunchy on the outside and soft inside omg!!!! The price is reasonable The owner and the staffs are doing their best with the service and the food. I used to live close by this restaurant and often came.
