We where a group of 10 and wanted to hang out after work. So since we are close by we choose the Restaurant Riedbach only 5 minutes away from work. The place has a nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. One waitress obviously just started with little experience instead compensated with a great attitude and extraordinary friendliness. Apparently they have Tuesday and Thursdays a special from 5 to 7 pm offering snacks and small starters for CHF 1 surcharge on drinks. Great idea we will come again....

Riedbach is one of the training restaurants in Zürich (i.e. young workers, asylum seeks, et. are trained as cooks and servers). The menu variety and rotation is great. When I have a bad mood, I enjoy the burger to cheer me up. When I am in a mood to celebrate, I enjoy the burger. So, the burger is pretty good.

A nice ambience. It's a quiet restaurant with friendly staff. The menu is a bit limited but what is available is of high quality and standard. Also delicious. The restaurant is clean, toilets are clean and it conforms to the current Covid-19 regulations of social distancing. There are tables outside for the summer months. Pass by. It's great.

Ich verlasse dieses Restaurant mit Gemischten Gefühlen. Das Konzept mit der Integration vom Personal und einem abwechselnden Koch, welcher Spezialitäten aus seinem Heimat vorstellt, ist sehr schön! Die Atmosphäre und die Einrichtung des Lokales ist ebenfalls schick und schön. Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit, jedoch nicht sehr gut. Beispielsweise wird keine schlaue Weinempfehlung gemacht, oder man bekommt keine gute Erklärung über die Speisen der Karte... Die Gerichte sind vielversprechend. Zum Teil schmecken sie sehr gut, sind hausgemacht und aus frischen Zutaten. Der Fisch & Chips zum Beispiel. Andere Sachen sind aus banalen Zutaten, die nicht Saison haben, wie meine Tomaten- und Eisbergsalat, welche ziemlich geschmacklos war. Die Preise sind günstig in Vergleich mit anderen Restaurants, aber der Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, denke ich. Ich werde wieder kommen. Werde jedoch mehr aufpassen, auf dem was ich bestelle (ob saisonale und hausgemachte Gerichte).

Am ersten Tag hatte ich ein veganes Gericht, das wirklich lecker war. Am nächsten Tag empfahlen sie mir ein typisches Gericht aus der Gegend, das mich wirklich überraschte. Vielen Dank für die wundervolle Erfahrung (und es tut mir leid, wenn es Grammatikfehler gibt, ich habe einen Übersetzer benutzt, um die Rezension auf Deutsch zu schreiben)
