▎鐵板炙燒狠!生魚片 $420 有別於一般炙燒生魚片用噴槍火烤的作法，將生魚片放置於炙熱的鐵板上，讓鐵板表面溫度去鎖住生鮮魚肉的原汁原味，更能完整呈現出口感層次，在高溫炙燒後滲透出的油脂香氣更增添風味，對於不敢吃生食的朋友可以提高接受度。 青甘，豐富的脂肪，且不像鮪魚有濃厚的血味，口感非常清新淡雅。 甜蝦，蔥花搭配鐵板上的油脂讓香氣更濃厚，除了蝦本身甜味還有脂肪香氣。 很特別的螢烏賊，口感柔嫩中帶點清脆、清甜不腥。

▎辣辣炒個小花枝 $260 花枝切得很薄、很細，大火快炒炒出香氣，保持嫩中帶點清脆的口感，花枝本身很新鮮，每一口都會吃出他的細緻度，而且帶有鍋氣，可以嗑兩盤。 ▎必點豬五花頂級炒泡麵 $280 特殊的醬汁在鍋底濃縮，將泡麵放入拌炒，醬汁包裹住每一條麵條，本身有辣油、辛香料等調味，偏重口味，每一口都吃到到醬香濃郁，肥瘦恰好的豬五花搭配麵體花椒香麻口感，一點也不感覺油膩，豬五花雖然沒有到入口即化的程度，但軟嫩交雜的雙層口感，肉質完全不乾澀。

餐點品項不多，份量精緻，但每一道料理都可以感覺到用心。
