Came at 7pm with the family. Out of the eight things we ordered they are missing four. The most surprising is when we tried to order rice and they told us they are out. Seriously what do they have?

Food quality: it is either really oily or very simple with no complexity.

Price: it is quite pricey for a restaurant in Taiwan

Overall: I will NOT recommend this to anyone unless it’s the only option left (which will definitely not be the case because...

#鼎珍坊 #中式料理餐廳 #台北市 #大安區 #復興南路一段 #午餐 #晚餐 #聚會 #推薦指數★★★★ #環境評比★★★☆ #服務態度★★★★ #美味鮮度★★★★☆ #價格等級★★ #交通便利★★★☆ 市區許多店都隱藏在巷弄內，這家已經算是不怎麼巷弄內的中式餐廳了，其中有幾道菜一定要提前預訂才有，就是專程來吃招牌名菜的🤣 「脆皮雞」「扁尖筍雞湯」「臘味飯」 「脆皮雞」真的不錯，外皮酥脆雞肉鮮嫩，而且因為已經入味了，不用特別在沾胡椒鹽，不然會很閒，非常好吃 「臘味飯」這個就真的厲害👍，臘味口感不過鹹，不過油膩，搭配粒粒分明的米飯吃起來很有口感，而且他們的米飯吃起來口感特別一些，好像不是台灣的這種米飯，臘肉在嘴巴中溢出的肉汁非常鮮美，想到我又流口水了 「吞舌菜」這雖然是一道小菜，也是這裡有名的一道菜，據說好吃到會把舌頭都吃掉🤣，口感其實是不錯，軟嫩有入味，很適合當前菜墊肚子 「鳳梨蝦球」這個菜歷久不敗，手法因人而異，我覺得也滿OK的 「鹹魚豆腐煲」這道菜我喜歡它的嫩豆腐，軟嫩入味滑口，非常下飯，這種嫩豆腐完全就是我的❤️😋 「秘制五花肉」肉質軟嫩，完全沒有裹很多粉在外皮上，吃起來也是很下飯 「咕咾肉」應該就是糖醋肉，名字不同而已，不過這家菜廳蠻厲害的就是他們的肉質都可以做的軟嫩不會老硬，味道我覺得也很剛好，不過甜過酸過鹹，比起一般台式餐廳好很多 「咖喱牛粉煲」咖喱味道不是主角，沒有過於濃郁的咖喱味，不過卻又默默的滲進粉絲煲中，牛肉滑嫩入口，就好像不老肉一樣永遠年輕有活力😋，這道菜也是非常不錯 「捲捲」這個很特別，外皮像是餛飩，內陷包著肉絲與冬粉，喜歡重口味可以吃辣的有特製辣醬可以沾配，我是直接享用就好😛 「扁尖筍雞湯」裡面最貴一道菜，這個也要提前預訂才有，而且雞湯喝完就喝完了，沒辦法加湯🤣，說真的是道地雞湯熬煮出來，不過味道上來說對我是過鹹一點，雞湯熬煮太濃郁了一些，肉質鮮嫩入口，搭配高麗菜跟筍子其實都還不錯，這鍋湯喝不完倒是真的😅 甜點「紅豆湯」最後附上店家餐後甜點紅豆湯，也還滿OK的，整體來說菜色真的都不錯，價位上略貴了一些就是了，畢竟以地段租金來說巷弄內已經降低很多費用了，價格上這一桌吃起來也是五位數起跳🤣🤣🤣，但是偶爾聚餐吃一吃還可以啦！
