Very crowded, ALL THE TIME. you can decide if you want to have individual pot by yourself or share a big pot with your friends at the machine, and you'll have to wait outside after taking a number during busy hours. you can also check the number by using their user-friendly app, and it updates almost instantly.

the server will lead you to available seats, but I'm not sure if it's ok if you want to switch seats (if the customers next to you don't have proper table etiquette. well I didn't and I regretted it...)

Fresh vegetables and meat with good quality 😋 I had the larger veggies plate to fish/meat ratio. anyway it is a very compact place, I almost touched the elbow of customers next to me and the servers who's carefully pushing the trolley all around serving dishes and taking away the plates 😓 I tried my best not to but... the lady next to me didn't. and please, whoever read this, eat as elegant as possible. no one pays to have meals exposed to a stranger's saliva. luckily I've almost done and didn't have much leftover.

I’m American and had a pretty positive experience here despite the language barrier.

Service: the wait is very long, but there’s a transparent ticketing queue. Food arrived quickly. The employees did their best to help us out when we were confused. Thank you

Food: We accidentally over-ordered because we didn’t understand the process. It ended up working fine though because we got to try a lot of different foods. I loved all the vegetables and the fish was delicious. I wish we had gotten a spicier broth but it was sold out.

Great hot pot experience and cheap enough if you compare with the quality. Come here in the evening when dinner time, need to line up and take the ticket then I just wait 10 minutes until they said my number. Fortunately, not really lot of people there. Their staff really kind ofc because the SOP. Table and chair also clean. English menu available lol! I can’t eat pork so they change it with other veggies, tofu or shrimp. It cost me NT$ 270 but full until I can finish the dishes. Yeah overall great...
