Aplus Dining Sake Bar — Restaurant in Da'an District

A group of us just wandered into this bar because it was the only one open for guests around 8:30pm. Some of our friends decided to join us later. One of the waiters was quite rude when speaking to me twice. First, he yelled how many more friends would come next. If our friends keep coming, they’d keep the place for us and not allow other guests to come in. This is not even a big issue. But the aggressiveness was quite off-putting. Second time, when I went to pay for the group. I asked if some could pay by themselves. Again, unprovoked aggression appeared, yelling “you agreed to the waitress earlier that there will be one bill.” All small issues that could be communicated calmly and even nicely. But the lack of professionalism was really appalling. Highly not recommending this place mainly due to this waiter. 1 Bar Tender on a Saturday night, some cocktails arrived at the end of the evening while others arrived at the start. Kitchen didn't seem to be able to handle a large group with one meal arriving over an hour aget the first meals arrived. Excuse from the waiter for the late meal was that the fish had to be taken from the freezer and unfrozen. That fish meal was inedible but to their credit they did not charge for it. Another person who ordered the fish meal got food poisoning and has been up all night vomiting. Seems the food hygiene issues in the kitchen have not been resolved as of last night 18th January 2020. The food is really bad taste and too expensive for what you serve. There is no love in the food. And I felt like you don't respect about food at all. For example, the Salmon Fire roll. Decorated lettuce in the middle of the rolls. and when you torched it, the lettuces got burnt and cannot eat? There is nothing look alike in the menu photo, and the presentation -100. About the Mackerel rice. It's fusion , I know but it's too salty and soaky. I wonder how this menu can be served. One dish taking 30mintues to serve. And at the end, no one of our group are full.
