1.適合聚會跟聊天的餐廳，每次去，生意都不錯，點餐排隊比較久，人多的時候會比較吵就是。 2.有各種電子支付方式如Line pay、街口支付、Google pay及Apple pay等，很不錯的，但是發票沒電子載具，很奇怪，建議店家增加。 3.丹堤自己也有推出可儲值的丹堤咖啡e卡，依加值金額有贈送點數，可換餐點，惟卡片成本要一百元，不能退錢。 4.覺得店員換得比較頻繁，所以新店員常常服務比較不熟悉，影像服務品質。 5.建議增加不含咖啡因飲料的選擇，餐點價格稍貴，也建議再多樣化，否則常常不知點什麼。 6.官網及Google地圖顯示營業時間到晚上八點，隨著疫情結束，建議可以營業到九點三十以後會更好。

日前去消費，找到了空位，放下背包和手機，到櫃台點餐。沒想到，點完回到位子，赫然看到桌上被放上「已訂位」的牌子。

心裡十分狐疑地問了女店員怎麼回事，但她只冷冷的回答「對，是熟客訂的」 ，沒有其它任何表示。無奈之下，還好另有空位，自認倒楣換了位子。

那位所謂熟客來了，一看就知道是那種長時間佔著同一位子，分時段接客的老師或諮詢師，店員和對方果然很熟。沒多久，我向店員和氣地反映，自己剛才是先找好了位子，才離座去點餐，你們不能在我選好位子之後，才說這位子有人訂了。

沒想到，這位女店員，竟然說了個超瞎的理由：「我以為那是前一個客人忘了拿走」……我放著的是一個大背包和手機，不是只有手機。忘了手機很常見，但誰會連背包都不拿就走了呢？

當我最後說，請妳們下次問清楚了再放牌子，這位女店員卻用一副打發我的口吻回答「是是是」，就轉過身去了，連句「不好意思」也不說。
