Read more餐點美味、份量很有誠意、CP值高、氛圍輕鬆生活化的美式小餐館,學生聚會可以優先考慮。適合2-6人小型聚餐,粗估一人消費$300至$500可以吃得很飽很滿足。
▪️ 海鮮歐姆燉飯 $280
是從高中時期就一直躺在口袋名單內的海鮮歐姆燉飯,時隔三年終於在需要聚餐時偶然想起。令人驚訝的是經過完整的疫情期間似乎都沒怎麼調漲,多數餐點都還維持在2字頭的價格,在這幾年間餐飲業飛漲的大環境下算是很難得維持住售價的一間小店。
身為無蛋不歡的女人,通常都是有蛋就給讚,不過這個歐姆蛋捲的很好看,熟度也適中,不僅看起來美觀,入口時的口感也很優秀。必須特別稱讚蛋包上的五隻去殼蝦,新鮮度、品質、大小和份量都遠遠超出期待值,以這個價位來說算是很有誠意也很貼心的用料。
飯體本身奶油味十足,飯粒偏軟,並不是一般歐陸料理的燉飯口感,不過這是美式歐姆蛋飯所以無妨。原先以為裡面就只是普通的奶油燉飯,沒想到有很多圈花枝和不少鮭魚,用料相當實在,算是在台北市中心相當難得的高CP值餐點。同時因為份量不小,倘若一人完食可能會比較膩口,兩人分食的感受是很剛好的,可以考慮各自點不同的主食分享,奶油的厚重感會大幅下降。
▪️熔岩起司薯泥洋蔥花 $210
店家自己研發的一道開胃菜,作法是將整顆洋蔥稍稍分層後裹粉油炸,有點類似洋蔥圈的精神,不過內容物更為豐富,口感層次也隨之增加。外層的粉基本上就是典型洋蔥圈上的那種,酥脆易掉屑屑,洋蔥本身有點juicy,一口咬下滿足程度很高。
在整顆洋蔥的正中央有一球薯泥,口感細緻、中規中矩,淋上熔岩起司,一口咬下層次感很足夠,有洋蔥外層的酥脆、洋蔥本人的爽脆和香甜、薯泥的綿密和起司的濃縮,完全是典型的美式肥宅快樂,太常吃應該會變得比洋蔥還圓。美式炸物的肥胖式滿足感多半來自於罪惡感,這個炸洋蔥、薯泥和熱起司的搭配完全能把罪惡感加好加滿,腦中的跑馬燈大概就是「超爽的~我胖死了~超爽的~我胖死了~可是超爽的~但我真的胖死了~可是真的超超超爽的~~~~~」
不過高油高熱量的食物也很容易膩,當天只有兩人分食的情況下真的飽到有一點想吐,所以建議四人以上用餐再考慮這道料理,如果兩個人的話最好是食量都很大並且還都很熱愛洋蔥再點。
▪️老船長海鮮起司薄餅 $225
一上桌時以為份量不大,但實際入口還蠻有飽足感,比想像中厲害很多,是驚喜感較強的一份餐點。因為其他料理都比較膩口,因此這道料理算是能夠稍微平衡口味的清爽菜色。薄餅內包的海鮮是很完整的蝦子、花枝,入口時有被用料的實在程度嚇到。調味方式類似Salsa,微酸微辣,搭配生菜會是很舒服的選擇。
