Kanpai Yakiniku Restaurant Main Shop — Restaurant in Da'an District

Our best dinner in Taiwan! Traditional Japanese Yakiniku restaurant. Party athmosphere! They have special table with a real charbon grill spot in the middle. We got a mid price beef meat set +seafood set for my wife, and both were amazing soft & tastefull, best beef since long! The staff in incredible: well received (we recommend reservation, we waited 20min), they explain you the menu, they make jokes, we got a free beer because I kisssed my partner, we react well to the DJ and received some extra meat for the grill (freshly arrived and presented on a mobile table). Small place but you can talk with the locals, everybody there were friendly. Not cheap, but worth every penny for the best...

Japanese izakaya style BBQ chain. I gave the atmosphere 5-stars, because if you want a quiet and relaxing BBQ experience, this is not the place for you. Staff are very energetic and talkative, constantly interacting with customers, including a 8 o'clock kanpai hour, where there is a MC for the event. It is extremely loud and fun, but may not be for everyone. Food overall was excellent. Everything was well-prepared and lots of table-side services. 小心 乾杯的推銷手段非常低級. 他們會先用話術幫客人 "建議餐點" , 並且說太多的話可以刪減餐點. 我們當下就跟服務生說 "建議餐點" 的份量太多, 所以請服務生將 "建議餐點" 都更改成一份就好. 但是他們上餐的時候就將東西都直接上兩份, 而且沒有明確告知, 直到結帳的時候才發現每份餐都變成double的份量.

另外, 他們會用餐車將牛排直接推到位置旁, 並且很順口的說替大家現切牛排, 讓我們先擺在火爐旁方便退冰, 完全沒有告知這不在我們的點單中. 我們這次的慶生趴人很多, 當下因為人多也沒注意到任何異狀, 還以為服務生貼心先將肉切好給我們, 一直到結帳時才發現我們當初根本沒有人點牛排! 開開心心的帶家人去慶生, 到結帳時才發現被強迫購買了一堆我們沒有點的餐點!!!! 結帳時我們有跟店家反應說當初沒有點這麼多, 服務人員只問了一句 "有吃飽嗎? " ……… 恩, 我吃飽了, 你們偷偷幫我加點東西我們也都吃了, 那我是不是也只好要付錢……………(怒炸)

所以我們就這樣趁亂被坑了! 趁火打劫這種事情不是只會在一些未開發的國家發生嗎? 難道乾杯現在也要用這種詐騙的手段來賺取業績? 身為台灣人, 我一直深深覺得台灣的服務業相當優秀, 既敬業又辛苦, 但這次在乾杯本店遇到這種低劣的手段實在是令人感到丟臉跟不恥!!!!!! 強烈呼籲大家不要上當!!!!!!!!!

(我們離開時又看到服務生正使用同樣的手段, 矇騙隔壁八人桌的客人強迫消費…)

Beware! Dishonest Shop This yakiniku joint is very dishonest. They will serve you food you did not order. Actual events as follow,

We asked the waiter to only give us 1 portion of each dish first and we will order more if its not enough. However, they automatically doubled our portions and served them in a single plate without announcing the actual portions served. You will only find out the actual portions served when they give you the bill.

Also beware of their steak cart. They will seemingly pretend you have ordered the steak and offer to cut a certain portion for you. If you are eating with a big group then you might order the steak out of confusion. It is a pricey steak with...
