點了全麥燻雞三明治，現場拿到的時候就感受到麵包是冷的，馬上跟櫃檯人員反應，她往後丟給出餐人員要她確認是不是沒烤，出餐人員打開包裝看麵包上有顏色就說有烤過，櫃檯人員就說那就幫她重新包起來，遞給我後就繼續幫其他人點餐，但是拿在我手上的麵包還是冷的啊！！！ 難道你們都沒感覺到嗎？ 重點是顏色嗎？ 重點是冷冷的好嗎？！ 吃起來也是冷冷硬邦邦的麵包，要不是有吃過其他分店的餐點熱呼呼很好吃，以你們這種敷衍了事的態度還以為餐點這樣是正常的

原來店員態度差不是我的錯覺😅 今日中午我點的品項不知道只有做熱的，點餐時店員也沒有告知跟詢問，後來我跟店員說我要冰的，才說那個品項只有熱的，我詢問那是否可以更換，另一位女店員態度很差的說熱牛奶已經沖下去了，我愣住了一下想說那就算了 拿餐的時候詢問有沒有杯套，只是很冷漠的回應沒有，男店員可能察覺我有點不開心有問我還是要杯架，也有提醒我要雙手拿～心裡的情緒才稍微平緩一點🥹 我幾乎沒有留下差評過，第一次有這麼差的體驗，加上去的時候並不是人潮很多，還有不應該理所當然的認為客人知道哪些品項只做熱的吧？ 不過這麼多人反應都沒改善表示店家可能也無...
