If you insist on requiring customers to use the self service kiosk to order coffee, please consider providing English as a language option. If not for the convenience of the plethora of tourists in the area that would like visit your establishment, then at least because it makes the best business sense as Starbuck's across from you ends up being a more convenient option. KFC, McDonald's and most businesses that use kiosk ordering all provide English. I love your coffee but it's too inconvenient to order.

Since all of the seats in the lower floors were occupied I thought I'd wait near the counter for my order before ascending several flights of stairs to find a sear.
