I never write review for Starbucks unless is really good or really bad. I was wondering how did corporate office allow store like this to be around. This is one of the main location in taipei, yet all you see at the store front is messy goods. Boxes everywhere. It really kills your mood when you walk in. They are in the corner with lots of glass front, but design really makes you cringe.

地點方便，不變的好品質及飲品選擇多樣化 2/3樓內用空間，座位多，但人潮也多，下午容易客滿。2/3樓有大片落地窗，空間感開闊，天花板挑高設計，無壓迫感。 大片落地窗能看到繁忙的信義復興交叉口及高架捷運文湖線，但窗邊位下午西曬，又沒出風口對到，廁所都比較涼。

There should be a 90 min time limit on long people can study or rest there. May potential customers come in.. check to see if there will be an available table or seat before ordering... then seeing that there isn't.. they turn around and leave. All day squatter patrons only make sense if they are buying things all day. Otherwise they drive paying customers away.

There were several bad service I have ever met. The lady staff is really rude It has been a two times in two month I visited here. First time, I ask for the tissue cuz I have saw they didn't put the tissue back even the tissue is lack of the place in 1F. So I asked the lady staff ..Could you give me some tissue ,please ? she was really mean and said oh..you could grab them upstairs...But how you could say that I just finish my buying maybe I take away not have my coffee and bread here. Second time , I came here I asked for cup of water . I told the lady staff ...Could you give me some water ,please ? After she is impolite and saying ok sure. Then just let me stand there for 10 mins and she even didn't care about me right there and they are not busy at all. Only one customer there. So ...what is the point? I love Starbucks but not like this service...It is really dirty their name. If I have a choice I will never come back this...
