Sukiya Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall Restaurant — Restaurant in Da'an District

IG: foodie_foxx Sukiya is one of the best, authentic, and fast food chain Japanese restaurants in taiwan. Excellent service, very easy menu, great options and also taste really good. They are open 24 hours 👌 👏 😍, that's the main reason it's running like he'll. They are famous for their beef rice and Japanese curry rice. U can adjust ur taste according to your style with the chili powders and other spices available in bottles, but their authentic taste is a bit less salty and very bland for a west Asian like me. We went for the combo meals, as they have a variety of food choices and it'd was so tempting to order one one in each style, guess what for Taipei life style it's one of the best and most economical restaurants I have ever eaten. With less than 150 $NTD, you can have a happy tummy 😋 with the favorite choice of meet you want.

To try Many things we ordered the small portions which start from 69$Ntd to 139$ NTD. I ordered Kimichi beef slow cooked Beef minced in soy sauce and with green toppings.

U can also choose what other sides u want with a bunch of options starting from whole egg, miso soup, and other kimchi stuff

I really enjoyed the place; we only ended by paying 350 $ Ntd for 2 people, which is so cheap and our hunger lasted for a long time. Thank you sukiya for ur delicious lunch, I will surely visit again and again 😋 .

絕對不會再光顧Sukiya，店員態度極度惡劣，這麼大的一間連鎖餐廳教育訓練不知道是怎麼做的？ _ 今日預定外送訂單11:15須要送達 最後拿到餐點的時間大約12:23 至少遲到65分鐘 _ 11:27聯繫客服 11:33聯繫訂餐專線 11:40才回覆說餐點製作完成了 在等車中準備前往 11:42店員1打來說正在前往路上 11:51再次聯繫詢問多久到 店員說就在路上口氣惡劣說去打客服投訴 11:53店員2打來說他在營火部落（大巨蛋一樓外圍餐廳）問我人在哪 我跟他說在訂購時請專員明確註明大巨蛋「菸廠路停車場入口」 -在此刻想說營火部落走到這邊不會很遠 看他到底在哪我們去找他拿- 11:56 打1通店員2掛斷電話 11:57打2通店員2掛斷電話 11:58打2通店員1掛斷電話 11:59打1通店員2掛斷電話 12:00訂餐專線打不進去沒人接 12:01打店員1電話直接掛斷疑似關機 12:03如同以上 12:05聯繫客服處理因訂餐專線不接 12:11訂餐專線回覆說在路上 還是要幫我們取消訂單？怎麼可能取消？全部人都在等你們的餐點吃完要接著訓練 大約12:15到店裡詢問（因為我們懷疑聯絡不到店員 店員直接回店裡）得知他在松菸文創裡 我們電話請在大巨蛋的人去找他 大約12:23終於拿到餐點 _ 質疑1:有餐點問題打訂購專線/客服沒有什麼用處為什麼不提供店家聯絡電話？打訂餐專線詢問餐點為什麼還沒到還要慢慢的讓你們去聯絡店家再來跟我們講 結果也沒有給一個明確回覆到底什麼時候才到送達

質疑2:訂購時要求我們留聯絡電話 但在店家無法準時送達餐點時 又不打電話通知或是協調要怎麼處理 竟然要顧客去追你們的餐點？那我們留聯絡電話的用意在哪？

質疑3:時間11:42店員1打來說正在前往路上 在此我們已經非常不爽快要遲到半小時了 詢問到底還要多久也沒辦法給準確時間（在此先說：他們店面在光復南路上 到達我們要求送達地點菸廠路停車場走路僅需要3-6分鐘 光復南路往市民大道方向走 右轉過馬路就是菸廠路）

質疑4:訂購單上明顯註明送達哪裡 店員2明顯根本沒看 不然怎麼會跑更遠跑到大巨蛋外圍餐廳靠近松菸的地方

質疑5:店員1、店員2後來都故意掛斷電話 態度極其惡劣 所以是要怎麼聯絡你們我的餐點到底在哪裡

質疑6:訂餐專線跟客服在我們遇到問題時 也沒有辦法處理好 取消訂單講的很輕鬆 那大家中午吃什麼？

質疑7:我們在到達店面時 女店員態度非常不好 我們說有訂購餐點 還沒講完叫我們出去排隊就是想把我們趕出去排隊 我們說外送餐點大巨蛋 裡面男店員（疑似電話店員1）出來態度非常不好說就在路上 我們詢問已經遲到1小時了所以到底在哪邊並且為什麼電話不接直接掛斷是故意而為之 他回覆說他們很忙沒空接不是故意

質疑8:店員一直說他們很忙人力不足 外送也是店員推推車去送 我們詢問既然人力不足就不要接單 女店員態度極度差劣回覆說他們也不想接 是公司接的他們沒辦法 叫我們不要吵看那邊有電話（指一個方向）直接打客服去講

質疑9:我們在店裡等男店員電話聯絡也不給說法 詢問到底還要多久 也就很生氣了 我說中華隊已經等你們的餐點1小時還吃不到飯 到底要等多久（真的氣到受不了 大家很餓吃完飯要繼續練習）全部顧客頭都抬起來看 男店員此刻態度才180度大翻轉

質疑10:外送店員2既然找不到菸廠路停車場入口 為什麼後續不再打電話聯繫？

質疑11:發票11:39才打出來...
