Price high, taste just ok but barely qualifies as anything not Taiwanese. Service offensively bad and verifiably racist toward foreign customers. I have never been lectured before about not liking a drink, I just asked whether it was actually a margarita. I was told it is as it is and waitress simply left. Later, despite ordering $4000 more in other foods which were all 'fine', the waitress 'Sandy' simply starting ignoring me and spoke directly to the Taiwanese-looking people at my table that I'm a low-class person who knows nothing of respect. Wow. Incredibly disrespectful at the drop of a hat. Meanwhile, for context, the table next to us was a group of drunk TW people who couldn't say anything without shouting it, dropping food all over the floor and literally running around the table. The waitress came again later while I was in the bathroom to drop more nonsensical garbage about me too. All without ever acknowledging me again or speaking to me directly at any point after the first drink complaint. Classic racism. Thanks Shrimp Daddy for quickly making everyone in my party so uncomfortable! I think I've spent about $20,000 there already in the last year without problems, but no more now. You can get much better, high quality food elsewhere for...

Can’t compare to the real Cajun seafood (face it, Taiwanese aren’t that fond of western spices), but it’s the next best thing you can find in Taipei. Price is the same as the US though, which is pretty expensive by Taiwanese standard.

We orders 2 combo C platters and 2 everything mixed fries for a party of 13, including 2 kids and my grandma who eats like a bird. The shrimps were plump, shellfishes cooked expectedly, king crab legs delicious, and the lobsters, my oh my were they heavenly, as they should be being alive and costing a pot of gold. The sides were quite invisible as there were maybe 3-4 small pieces each.

You can ask for lemons, salt, and pepper to kick it up a notch (trust me, it’s that missing piece that completes the puzzle, except the absence of the spices). Everyone left happy and full of cholesterols (in a positive way).

Service was patient and speedy. They filled most of our (slightly annoying) requests attentively. The food arrived pretty quick, too, and the kids had a blast blasting the lobster open with the hammer.

A once in a rare while spot if you’ve got a little side cash to spend. They take Apple...

Food is great But if you come with less people you want to get to try as many varieties of seafood So it is best if you come with four people or more They have different kind of imported beer here Really recommend the blanc 1664 one That one is nice and smooth However, for the pricing, it is a little bit on the pricy side For your size, I would recommend getting the sausage (German) and broccoli The small octopus is delicious also There is only one dessert option here on the menu It is a waffle and ice cream Waffle and ice cream goes very well together The ice cream here is very nice I would also recommend getting the mango chicken wings It is spicy and sweet at the same time Probably the best food ranked right before the desert The service here is great also The beer that they originally gave us expired But they were kind enough to give us another free beer and dessert as...

***who’s your daddy*** Possibly the only venue I know of that’s offering the Cajun comfort food. The shrimp cartoonish logo kinda reminds me of Bubba Gump Restaurant. You can expect pretty much all the Louisiana style seafood bunch: boiled varietals of clams, shrimps, lobsters, crabs, corn and fried calamari and wings. Gumbo and jambalaya and those yummy sandwiches Po’boy are all on the menu. Dining venue could be dressed with a wider opened space and fitted with multi large screen tv in my opinion. Simply choose one of their set meals, pick sides, pick sauce and voila ... be ready for a night full of hands only actions in digging, cracking, peeling. There’s a sink conveniently located in the back to flush out your hands. Plastic gloves and bib are there too. Be warned this is NOT a suitable dating venue and also be warned that they serve American portion. Goooooood stuff!

If you're looking for a "crab shack" experience in Taiwan, here it is. It has all the fixings of a true beachside boil. Our feast included shrimp, king crab legs, scallops, clams... and a little bit of vegetables and sausage to round it out. There's definitely a Taiwan flavor to it all, and that's a good thing. The house "Shebang" sauce has a smoky flavor to it, and the garlic butter could kill a vampire at 100 paces. The soft drinks are refillable, which is nice. The price is a little high (about in line with what you might pay at a similar restaurant in the US), but you get a meal that's worthy a tale the next day.

If you have a restaurant and have to close half the restaurant to "save on labor cost," would you a.) close the half that has the views that justifies your rent and probably attracts casual diners? Or b.) close the area near the window so all your customers are crowded near the front counter and entry. Needless to say their decision was disappointing. As was the food.... The wait staff was nice.
