第一次喝這家飲料店，最近在新竹市各區都有陸續在展店。這家分店有提供街口支付的服務並有專門的掃碼機還算方便。 鐵韻奶烏加白珍珠-$55 鐵韻奶烏應該是一般的鐵觀音奶茶。這次點無糖少冰，整體茶感不重喝不太出來鐵觀音的味道。整體偏水，不是很喜歡。白珍珠的部分有淡淡的蜂蜜味道口感Q彈很不錯。

黑糖好喝，甜度適中，服務很好，飲料製作很快，大杯的黑糖紅茶拿鐵65元+白珍珠5元，甜度不能調，可以用街口支付。珍珠軟Q還不錯。在還能用漂亮塑膠杯時來買。

原本是我最喜歡的飲料店，員工親切、動作迅速。直到最近多了一位金色挑染長髮的年輕妹妹，動作慢不說，一副臭臉，等好久輪到我點才告知珍珠售完（明明有立牌可預先告知避免久候，卻翻到上廁所中？！） 以前珍珠賣完通常可換成溜溜，唯獨她，不行就是不行！態度不佳，讓人完全沒有想改買其他品項的念頭，兩次遇到她的經驗都是白跑一趟！除非換掉她...

開幕至今消費三次 第一次消費迷上淡雅奶茶半糖少冰 （完美） 第二次消費點半糖少冰做成去冰半糖，另一杯還有濃濃甘蔗味 （失望） 第三次消費也是點半糖少冰，卻做成無糖多冰 （非常失望） 值得稱讚的是店員態度和處理方式積極，但是消費三次就出兩次問題，不知道是否為員工無按照公司比例調配，一杯價值50元的飲料不應該是這樣的品質，...

貴店的人員真的需要檢討 首先 外送到貴店已經延遲四分了 看到人來才開始制茶 後面推說還在煮茶 所以要再等三分 此時已經延遲快八分了 既然要接單 就要快準備 我可以接受到店當面講情形 但是做到最後一杯時 才說還要多等三分鐘 這樣的說法我無法接受 且我到場時 貴店人員女生還在吃早餐 看到人才開始制餐...
