Easily one of the best braised pork rice in Taiwan. Ordered the 日月卤肉饭, and the egg was cooked to perfection. Every single grain of the rice was coated with the yolk and the braised sauce. SUPER GOOD. The rest of the dishes was average...

🥢太陽飯（小） $55 滷肉飯就是要配半熟蛋，這裡直接幫你配好，這是點的是小碗，再將蛋黃戳破時要小心避免溢出，滷肉是肥肉為主，滷的相當入味，入口即化，甜鹹相織讓人忍不住一口接一口🤍

🥢炸肉 $65 外表酥脆，肉質Q彈不會柴，肉有先醃過，有一種紅糟肉、豆乳雞的味道，搭配附的薑絲一起吃很讚。

🥢餛飩湯 $45 餛飩湯必點，湯頭調味、餛飩完全符合個人口味，一碗約六顆左右，餛飩是一般大小，皮薄內餡鮮嫩多汁。

每次我說新竹是美食沙漠總有不服的新竹人出來酸，但實話是，新竹真的因為這十幾年來所得提高的關係好吃的東西真的越來越多，只是密度真的還不及台北和台南而已，這次新竹能夠有15家必比登也見證了從沙漠有綠洲的過程。 感覺必比登總有個公式：相對乾淨、相對好吃和相對好運。 這家的蛋煎的單面恰恰蛋黃幾乎沒熟，這煎蛋技術就值得五顆星，肉燥也不是不偏北也不偏南客群通吃，手切豬肉有誠意，餛飩小顆很刷嘴，加上運氣得個米其林不意外。
