Worst experience ever. Not recommended. Very rude and disgraceful. The receptionist and hotel manager are scammers. Read Edits.

EDIT: The response is full of lies. It is to protect their own reputation and hide their scam. We called the police ourselves because they were telling us to cancel our Booking.com reservation and if we didn't they would not let us have the room before 6 pm. Luckily, there was another hotel nearby. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

EDIT 2: I was just reviewing the website reviews here on Google and I noticed the more recent reviews are all 1/5 stars. Our family will conduct more research on hotels before we book in the future.

EDIT 3: Why would you make up such an accusation? We always pay our accommodation up front. We have been using Booking.com for over 10 years. We have never experienced anything like this. Don't make accusations that you can't back...

These people put Taiwan down. My wife and son arrived at the hotel. The receptionist asked them to cancel the booking on Booking.com and then they would offer free room upgrade. Once the booking cancelled, they changed attitude 100%. They declared that the rooms are fully booked. At the end, my wife and son have to find another accommodation themselves. I was hoping to give nice experience and impression about Taiwan to my son during his holiday in Taiwan, but the hotel...

The hotel is not new but the service is good. We had 4people room with a small kid. With the price and the service that is cool. The location is really good and the big department is just cross street. There is good parking space and breakfast is simple...
