I have given this Burger King too many chances. Every time I order, the food comes out lukewarm at best. I have sent back my food so many times to be remade because it couldn't produce anything fresh.

One time they gave me chicken nuggets that were cold to the touch. I inform the manager and he just threw them back into the grease and tried to refry them.

You should avoid eating there as best as you can. There are other food choices in the food court that you're better...

Quite convenient branch for tasting real burgers after shopping from rt-mart. Seats are sufficient, parking easily, and besides the dining area there you can find a ride for children,...

吃過這麼多家的速食店漢堡，之前一直覺得漢堡王的漢堡最好吃，店內的漢堡不僅牛肉、雞肉的種類眾多，口味也普遍相當好吃，雖然多達26種選項，經常會讓人選擇困難，但其中最愛他們的華堡系列：「華堡/辣味華堡」（火烤牛肉搭配新鮮蔬菜）最經典夠味、「小華堡雙套餐」，溫火直烤鎖住肉汁，搭配新鮮時蔬，可嚐到火烤美味；安格斯厚切牛肉堡」、「重磅培根雙層牛肉堡」、「重磅培根雙層辣雞腿堡」、「勁濃培根烤腿堡」。但近期去吃，不僅漲價漲幅不少，漢堡內食材卻變少了，牛肉也變薄了，火烤口味也差了，乾乾沒什麼肉汁，尤其是麵包也因膨鬆劑放太多變難吃了，口感不如以往；有優惠活動網站描述得模稜兩可不夠完整，不過有許多買一送一的活動其實還不錯，但點餐時店員卻都不會主動告知推薦活動，員工訓練應該多加強宣導。 另外可惜的是新竹忠孝店已吃不到「總匯辣雞腿堡」，也沒有「西部小華堡」，要到別家分店才有，另外一個弱項是薯條，若薯條可以炸得更酥脆，調味更有味道，就更加完美了！

【花生培根牛肉堡餐 ⭐３】 漢堡裡面的配菜有兩片培根、一塊牛肉漢堡、起司跟花生醬。漢堡麵包口感鬆軟沒有香氣；花生醬塗抹的有些多，味道過於濃郁，把其他食材的味道都掩蓋過去，整體味道過於單調；牛肉漢堡肉表現中規中矩；培根有韌度跟嚼勁，稍微有一些油膩感。 . 【華鱈魚堡餐 ⭐３】 阿書有事先請店員不要塗抹醬料進去，漢堡裡面的配菜有一片起司跟一塊鱈魚堡。漢堡麵包口感鬆軟沒有香氣；鱈魚堡軟爛沒有口感，調味中規中矩，麥當勞的鱈魚堡好吃很多。 . 【Q彈海老堡 ⭐３】 漢堡裡面有番茄、生菜、芥末醬跟海老(蝦)堡。漢堡麵包口感鬆軟沒有香氣；海老堡口感軟爛沒有咬勁，調味中規中矩；醬料店員告知是芥末醬，但是沒有什麼香氣，而且放的醬料有點多，吃起來容易有過膩的感覺。 . 【六塊雞塊 ⭐３、薯條 ⭐３】 雞塊口感鬆軟，雞肉的香氣稍微薄弱了一些，調味中等表現；薯條炸的還蠻好的，吃起來不會油膩而且還保有些許的脆度。 .
