12/26約20：40到電兌換電子禮券 朋友送的星冰樂，但剛好12月中寒流很冷 26最後期限當天剛好回暖，就趕緊去換 店內一位女店員說兌換券包含的蛋糕沒有了 我詢問那怎麼辦？因為要到期了 只是想問問看有沒有其他辦法 例如補差價、或是先訂再來拿也可以 但這位女店員只有說就是沒辦法 還說很多客人都是這樣過期了 一副就是想趕快下班所以趕人走的感覺 後來我找到大遠百那邊的門市 那邊店員一樣表示沒有蛋糕了 但馬上主動詢問我要不要先訂再來拿就好 於是我順利兌換即將到期的禮券 那為何在你們大潤發門市是這樣的方式？ 世界這麼廣泛的連鎖門市 卻沒有統一的SOP？員工教育也有落...
