Canimama — Restaurant in Hsinchu

A hidden away artistanal, boutique-y cake, pie and brownie bakery/patisserie in Zhonge He. Their pies, lemon and apple pie were pretty good; the brownies were alright.

But the brownies were a little on the small size portion, compared to other bakeries. I haven't tried their cheese cakes yet, so I can't say. Overall it's pretty decent, but I wouldn't say the QPR matches up...

Lovely people! Nice quiet place to work. Apple Pie is great. Reading some other reviewers they really expect far too much.

There was a small error with how much I was charged, but I didn't revisit for 6 months and still they remembered me(!) and gave me...

還是最喜歡期間限定的茂谷柑生起司蛋糕~

從外帶巧克力布朗尼時期開始吃，之前真的超級喜歡，因為自己做不出來，哈哈，會買一整條放冰箱！

開始有內用就吃了生起司蛋糕，自備容器外帶還有折五塊錢。

內用的布朗尼一份是兩片，也有吃過剩一片的，都會烤得外面有點酥酥，不過有時候中間巧克力會烤太乾，有點可惜

磅蛋糕吃過兩款，百香果和莓果都很好吃，內用的盤子也會熱熱的很貼心，搭配奶油口感很喜歡~

店裡面的杯盤餐具每次都不一樣，好久好久之前有在庭院辦過小出清，有也好久沒有活動了

其他巧克力百香果和焦糖伯爵生起司都不錯，內用蘋果派也會烤的熱熱的很療癒，裡面蘋果餡料不會太軟爛 黑鳥派有一些燕麥脆脆的口感，裡面的餡是冰冰的，吃得到紅芭樂果肉，配熱茶還不錯，外帶飲料記得要帶自己的隨行杯，抹茶偏濃喝不習慣，選項方面如果不能喝咖啡因、奶類的飲料，就有點困擾 店內有提供自助白開水

梅酒生起司上面放切碎的果肉味道是真的蠻濃的，喜歡的可能就會很喜歡吧~ 但是平常不喝酒點過一次就不敢了

比較不合口味的大概是草莓、鳳梨，都是和預期的不太一樣，...
