更新 不好意思！剛才看到是湳雅店的非光華店😅 改給您五星評價，謝謝您的回覆，也非常抱歉。 —————— 一開始就出示自己的折扣卷給櫃檯點飲料的員工，結果不會打單，詢問後方員工，然後好像直接按到出單還是怎樣？就跟我說：先給我一百，然後給發票就沒後續了耶？直接裝死跟我收原價的錢？我收集的折價卷只到今天 還要為你們的失誤買單？後來再次反應才說那退錢（請問不反應就當沒事嗎？😀） 回到家發現飲料跟內容物不一樣，請問是在整我嗎？點珍珠奶茶 裡面是綠豆沙牛奶？ 員工素質很差，危機應變都不會處理，是不是要先訓練好或是有人帶領後再獨立上班？飲料做錯真的有夠瞎。珍珠奶茶跟綠豆沙應該差很多吧😀😀😀😀

Coco光華店是自打有coco這品牌時從小就喝了，不管是否搬家裝潢或是更換國際經營權，我們家新竹買飲料的唯二首選之一，店長很熱心，雖然有時身為客人覺得她做太多累死自己（就是有些服務可以不用自找😅），也會間接影響成效👊。其他服務人員也都很客氣，有活動也都會告知，偶想說的是，珍珠可以多一點嗎？😅小孩...
