獵人廚房 — Restaurant in Hualien City

The food here is pretty good. It’s a fusion style restaurant including Indian and other Asian styles with western style. The bread she gives is fresh and done well. The tandoori chicken wings were my favorite part of the meal—definitely recommended! The tandoori chicken wings salad comes with a good dressing, freshly grilled vegetables, and fresh fruit. Everyone else has said that the ingredients are all fresh, and it’s true. The sriracha chicken wings were also very delicious, though I would say I like the tandoori a little better. The meals come with a pesto macaroni salad which was also very delicious. I ordered the taro milk tea which was a good choice. Overall, I like this place and recommend it. What a deception! Nice place, nice service, good products but inexperienced cook. Globaly i think she put too many ingredients in her kitchen. It s as no balance. No harmony. Association of taste is not fine enough. But the main problem was pasta. It was over salted. I tell them so they kindly make me an other plate. And it was worse... She remove the chesse sauce which was good and was the interesting part of the dish. And serve me another over salted pasta without taste . Sorry but I can't eat. And finally she say she didn't put any salt and make us pay for the pasta!!! As a French i already cook more than enough pasta in my life to know about salt. She is young and need to learn. Their dogs are cute! And very friendly, don’t need to be scared, but remember do not feed them food, human’s food are too salty for dogs, however it will keep walk around you when you are eating, don’t lose your mind with their cutie face. And the meal were great! Their bread are very tasty, so tender and smells really good. And the chicken rice with their special sauce, I think it’s it their must order. And we got a special meal of spaghetti with chicken that day, omg the chicken is so tender and so yum! I will order again if they put it into a regular menu.
