花間水舞茶饌 — Restaurant in Hualien City

This was the tea house we came to many years ago whenever we visited Hualien. The food quality still the same. Simple set menu easy to order. The place still has that old tea house vibe with wood furnitures but with a modern twist of structure, exposed beams and stair cases. We sat down and ordered from a paper menu with a pencil checking off boxes then pay at the counter. ( we appreciate that instead of QR code. Then food came out fairly quick, service was friendly. The restaurant is not loud at all, the acoustic is good where you can hear each other and not the table across the room. A great place to meet friends or even business lunch. 因晚上想找個悠閒的地方休息聊天，朋友就推薦了這家餐廳，外觀看起來中規中矩，內部卻是非常復古，以樓中樓的設計在花蓮來說算是特別，內部位置非常多，所以我想應該是不太需要訂位(熱門時段就不太確定了)。 菜單品項多元，光是套餐、單點、飯(麵)、鍋類、港點及飲品就夠你選擇，價格雖然跟其他簡餐類店比起來稍微高那麼一點，但個人認為搭配這樣的格局好像就合理了。 也因為第一次來，所以點了朋友推薦的牛肉麵，湯頭味道很夠，麵條口感算Q彈，牛肉塊中等大小，但是裡面的蘿蔔個人覺得還不錯，整體牛肉麵吃下來是蠻喜歡的，下次來是會想再點的品項，另外煉乳螺絲卷的口感外酥內軟，但一定要熱熱的吃，加了煉乳後會想要一口接著一口，當然菜單上還有其他感覺很厲害的品項還沒試過，也只能等下次有機會再來光顧。(用餐過程中有看到其他桌點了個人鴛鴦鍋，非常氣派，是可以當作下一次來的首選餐點) 最後從進餐廳、就坐、用餐到離開，心情上是認真有放鬆到，店內氛圍感佳，就算是有點小吵雜，但也不致於聽不到和同桌友人的聊天聲音，我想就是要在這種邊吃邊聊，但又不影響其他桌客人的氛圍裡，感覺才是最好的！最後這家很適合單人或2人以上的朋友來用餐，多人...
