Great hot pot - lot of meat and presentation is great. Unlimited non alcoholic drinks and ice cream.

I ordered the milk mushroom broth but it wasn't very mushroom tasting.

The quality of the meat is high and quantity of plenty.

They offer guests an extra side if you offer 5 star reviews on Google hence the high rating but they may not...

評論絕對是刷出來的⋯價位其實不算低，我跟友人加起來1124，算是中高價位的火鍋店了吧。 整體的確很明亮，但問題是一樓的設計讓人不明所以，也沒有人會在一樓告知你用餐區在二樓，要你自己走上去。 再來，到了二樓，櫃檯問你有沒有訂位？結果我們是訂六點半，只是因為在樓下東張西望看了一下，但上去時間也不到四十分，照理說應該要保留十分鐘，並且電話告知，結果一問之下，櫃檯人員居然理所當然地跟我們說：「哇？我剛剛才把你們的位置賣掉了。」

我們整個驚訝：「賣掉了？不是保留十分鐘嗎？」 櫃檯：「對啊剛剛賣掉了。」一點歉意都沒有，通常不是應該要說不好意思，然後趕快幫我們找位置嗎？ 我們又問：「那現在怎麼辦？」 櫃檯才說那他看一下位置，問我們大桌可不可以？可是不能坐旁邊，因為等等客人來可能需要併桌。

那我們訂位的意義何在？位置被說賣掉了還要跟現場客人併桌。

不久後才又跟我們說有別的兩人座，幫我們整理一下，幸好這個位置算隱密舒服，餐點也不算太差。

可是！！！我們在吃飯過程中，有一個男店員突然直接伸手把我們空盤收走，連說一聲都沒有，完全沒有禮貌，跟當時櫃檯態度一樣沒禮貌。

後來有一個女店員就會親切跟我們說要幫我們整理一下桌面，那我覺得，大概就是員工訓練素質非常不一，真的全部敗在這些沒有服務態度的人員身上，所以以這個...

某天經過中華路 才發現這裡新開了養鍋二店！ 而且裝潢的也太美了🥰 一進去開始研究用什麼板材 怎麼配色 最喜歡二樓的天花板藍了☺️ 一樓有一個寬闊的大廳 有鮮豔的霓虹燈招牌 但一進去想說怎麼都沒有半個客人跟店員 原來用餐位置是位於二樓～ 一進到位置 店員會先上菜盤🥗 再開始慢慢點餐 ～ 我們這次選了原味湯底及牛鍋湯底 肉類部分選了七選二及七選三🥩 份量比想像中的多很多！！！ 加上當天有開幕活動 單點品項都半價 也點了好吃的蝦滑🦐 而且醬料區 有十種 很齊全☺️ 很愛吃醬料的我 忍不住調了自己的配方 直接配著吃掉一碗飯🍚 飲料的部分也相較於其他火鍋店 非常多選擇👏🏻 🌟冰淇淋、白飯 也都是吃到飽唷🌟
