饗泰多 Siam More 泰式風格餐廳 花蓮遠百店 — Restaurant in Hualien City

The food was not bad, but service was absolutely terrible. The restaurant enforced purchasing dinner sets during Chinese New Year, which did not always have items that we wanted, and they also enforced a minimum charge on top of the set meals. This made the meal very expensive.

The waiter accidentally poured Thai tea on top of my friend. We found hair in the rice. They changed out a soup because they didn't have materials without telling us. They later then magically produced the soup we ordered when we told them that we have issues with changing out the soup. They said they were going to take out the service charge because of all the trouble, but they proceeded to collect it when we were checking out.

Overall, I think this place would be very unsuitable for foreigners who are not accustomed to being in Asia because I can easily imagine them taking advantage of this situation and collect all fees and not providing any...

2023年12/30首訪 好吃到不行幾乎全部都吃光！除了太飽吃不下的外帶外，真的是每道都好好吃❤️饗泰多的泰式料理真的是很有層次，我這次點的4人套餐，個人覺得五個人吃都還綽綽有餘 好飽阿個人最愛的是椰香綠咖哩跟椒麻雞（雞肉是炸的但是肉質超嫩）唯一覺得可以不用點的就是蟹肉玉米湯，他比我們平常喝的玉米湯還稀 這道又超巨大的量，為了胃空間著想，真的可以不要點這道！四人套餐加服務費$3212元 ------分隔線-------- 2024年1/1第二次回訪，再次點了泰式手撕雞涼拌（這道真的大家都很愛）很下飯，泰北碳烤雞腿（這道普通，我發現這家烤的系列都比較味道不入味）、蝦醬高麗菜（表現也是一般，不特別突出，可以略過）、清香檸檬魚（喜歡吃酸的家人也覺得真的太酸了）、鮮蝦粉絲煲（這道是我期待最高卻也最失望的料理，整體味道很清淡）、冬蔭海鮮湯（就酸辣的口味，尚可）、黃咖哩軟殼蟹（對不起，你真的比較普）、黃金咖哩雞（跟椰香綠咖哩比差了那麼一點） 這次點的就都沒有我覺得特別突出的料理，但是整體來說還是不錯的！六人加服務費點了$3795元 ------分隔線-------- 2/1 我在兩個月內吃了三次，花了共計8404元來吃這間就知道我有多愛了~ 回訪後問第一次吃的友人也說 椰香綠咖哩超好吃、超下飯！然後這次點了的香茅鹹酥二頭雞也很讚欸（裡頭還有炸馬鈴薯），現炸的真的很不錯~沙嗲雞肉串的話個人覺得比較普通，我紀錄是為了下次知道我覺得好吃的是哪個下次就不會一直忘了哪個吃過哪個沒吃過啦😊兩人加服務費$1397元 ------分隔線-------- 2/7 第四次回訪，這次點了的泰式鹹蛋中卷大獲好評，還有泰家常歐姆蛋也好好吃

------分隔線-------- 3/24第五次回訪 其實我基本上菜單都吃過一輪真的沒啥好說的，就是每一道都非常好吃 涼拌雞絲真的是必點中必點，然後綠咖哩無腦吃就對了 不小心就會發現你一個人吃完一桶米的概念🤣 ------分隔線-------- 9/23第六次回訪，這次點了雙人套餐1460元加服務費總計1606元(真的吃的超飽) 打拋豬的份量根本是可以吃五六碗飯來配的程度，大推「泰炒十錦蔬菜」非常多種蔬菜跟蒜香十足的調味真的超下飯！每次來都很喜歡很滿足🥰

------分隔線-------- 2025年1/22 第N次回訪 這次點四人套餐2960元加10%服務費=3256元 餐點很豐富也吃超撐 但是這次覺得希望改善的點是～「桌邊服務」 因為剛好在談話的時候一直被打斷，感受不太好，過於積極的服務其實反而會造成用餐者的負擔跟被催促的感覺，服務很周到、態度也很友善，但是頻率希望可以降低到來一兩次即可（其實顧客有需要會自己尋求幫助） 再來還有一點是，我的會員贈送的禮卷寫說可以折抵一份餐點，我在入座前出示給帶位人員後，僅告知我可以點該餐卷內的選項並在餐後結帳時可以折抵金額，結果結帳時，櫃檯的應該是經理人員卻說不可以❌折抵，而是選擇該份餐點除外的選項，雙方對於該禮卷使用的規則解釋不同，卻是消費者被迫只能在下次再使用該禮券，感受不佳（我一年花超過上萬元...

Went here for dinner. First the pros are that it's very clean and has great atmosphere. Food came out in a very timely matter. And everything was decent. The cons are are that it's the same as every other chain restaurant in this country. Average at best food served at a premium price. Very robotic service and servers that have been trained to say the same lines of dialogue and not willing to alter dishes for...
