涮乃葉 花蓮遠百店 — Restaurant in Hualien City

We called ahead for a reservation for 7:50pm but arrived early. The manager at the front was very kind and found us a table at 7:00pm! The waiter explained the menu clearly and helped us get set up. The place is all-you-can-eat with different price ranges for meat quality. We weren't particularly picky about our meat quality so we went with the $458 option. There was a large variety of vegetables, sides, drinks, and desserts in the buffet area (servers brought plates of meat on order). There were about 7 options for broths, all of which sounded good. In B1 of the department store, the restaurant offers shabu shabu all you can eat. With 4 levels of pricing, each included different meats. We went for the waygu. All u can drink also included. The vegetables were very fresh with lots of varieties, the various sauces offered were adequate. We were a little bit disappointed at the waygu beef since they didn't have as much marbles as shown in the picture of the menu. As a result, the beef slices were a bit tougher to chew, they didn't melt in out mouth. But, at about $650 per person, I guess we shouldn't have expected too much marbles for the waygu! 🔸#特選牛肉鍋 $208元 鍋可以選自己帶回家煮或店家幫你煮，懶惰的我當然選擇店家煮，整份會有鍋、飲料（可樂、雪碧、檸檬紅茶擇一）、白飯、咖哩醬、沾醬、蔥花，另外現在還有活動訂餐就送#海尼根 一瓶，是無酒精的，開車也不怕喔！ 火鍋湯頭我選豚骨，湯是很濃郁的白湯，喝起來不死鹹，有蔬菜的清甜，還不錯，肉片偏薄，吃起來油花適中，蠻軟嫩的，青菜不會太爛，還保有一點脆度，他們家是沒有火鍋料的，很適合不吃加工食品的人喔！

他們家雖然一份要200元，以個人火鍋來說偏貴，但他給了咖喱，一次有2種享受，整體口味也不錯，喜歡火鍋的可以試試～～

上是次有介紹過他們家的外帶個人鍋，這次他們又推出新品啦！#牛肉壽喜燒丼飯 跟#牛肉麻辣拌麵，兩個看起來就蠻吸引人的，而且現在訂購都有再送#海尼根 喔！

🔸#安格斯牛肉壽喜燒 丼飯$100元（附飲料🥤） 這一份100元，沒有看錯，真的超划算的，有飯、肉，菜、豆腐、香菇，營養均衡，菜色豐富，我自己一份還吃不完，這個cp值真的超高，再來他的口味真的很#壽喜燒 ，很像在吃鍋的感覺，青菜豆腐肉片整個都有煮到入味，再搭配白飯，真的好吃😋

🔸#安格斯牛肉麻辣拌麵$140元 他的麻辣真的有夠味，會讓你啊嘶啊嘶，可是還能繼續吃下去，算舒服的辣，配菜部分跟壽喜燒差不多，他的主食換成了麵，麵條用的是關廟刀削麵，麵條偏薄，所以更能吸附醬汁，只不過我更喜歡有嚼勁的麵條，但朋友蠻喜歡的～～

他們家這次推出的新品，我覺得蠻好吃的，並且火鍋我更愛這兩樣，尤其壽喜燒丼飯，真的是CP值超高啦！而且他們送的飲料是之前店內也很有人氣的#冬瓜檸檬 冰沙，吃一口麻辣麵再一口冰沙，過癮啊！這個我會在回購～～
