Prince — Restaurant in Hualien City

Don't eat here. Don't let the star rating trick you. The only good thing about this place was playing Rocío Dúrcal (Ya te olvidé). The food was pretty mediocre. I attach my receipt for your reference. First, we ordered a salad with "grana padano" cheese. It was a bunch of leaves covered with a sweet mayo for NT$90. Extremely disappointing. The pesto chicken risotto tasted like the normal green sauce you can get in any breakfast store, tons of cream, kind of sweet, bad for NT$235. The Bolognese pasta was also kind of sweet, too much cream, and as common as the red sauce of any cheap breakfast store. Bad for NT$215. 711 red sauce pasta is better than this. The creme brulee was very regular, the crispy top was soft and soggy NT$50. The waiters were so lost and they couldn't answer questions about the "chef special" and they were more focused on packing deliveries and answering phones than taking our order even though we were standing in the counter.
