Hello Viewers,
I am visiting Kao Hsiung DaYi Artistic area, and it very converted from the warehouse before. all the factory before has turn into the newly artistic where people come and visit for fun, walk, and maybe a good foods?
after browsing around in the restaurant and a hot day, I need to find a restaurant with proper sit down with a good air condition. my friends and I decide to go to ARTCO restaurant for a try. once you walk in, you will find a mysterious mixed of environment between dinning vibe, art sculpture, and ultra dark environment that's ready for movie time. once I sit down, I start to realized this is a restaurants also good for families as I see kids are burning off their energy by running around. maybe it's the magic works of the air condition that comfort the Kao Hsiung's heat.
the foods are above average, well-prepared as a set, I do not recall the foods I had, but I guess it pass the standard and you can't complain about it.
if you happen to be in Kao Hsiung Bro Ur artistic areas in the hot day, I will definitely recommend ARTCO restaurant to sit down, dine and enjoy the air condition.
did I mention it feels like a...

While we were rather a big group (two children and six adults), that still doesn't give any valid reason as to why it took four times for server confirming our orders (twice for telling us certain items among we ordered were sold out), and 45 minutes in total for the food and beverages to be served in full--not to mention they served them in three separate servings. I don't know, maybe I still should thank them they at least did manage to bring them to us 15 minutes before we leave the place, so we could taste what we ordered, right?
TL;DR: Looks fancy,...
Read moreTucked away at a neat corner of pier2. This fine dining had amazing deco, good food and ridiculously affordable price. Food can be a hit or miss. Some dishes are amazing while some are just soso.
Had a set meal at only 528 TWD (23 SGD). Come with soup, appetizer, mains, drink and dessert.
Had the salted egg yolk pasta with seafood for main. On hindsight, should have went with a cream based, aglio olio or vongole but decided to try their unique creation. A bit too jelak in my opinion.
Appetizer was saute mushroom with garlic and XO sauce. This one is really amazing and set my expectation for the rest of the...
