We arrived at the restaurant at 6 PM and used the QR code to place our order. However, the system showed 9 sets when we had only ordered 6. When we brought this to the attention of a senior waiter, he responded rudely and insisted that we had ordered 9 sets. It took us repeating our concern twice before he finally agreed to remove the extra 3 sets.
Later, we discovered that the QR code given to us had been checked in at around 4 PM. When we informed the same waiter, his response was shockingly rude. He even shouted at us and challenged us to file a complaint but refused to provide his name. Given Taiwan's reputation for excellent service, this experience was extremely disappointing. Read more110年11月05號早上就已網路訂購付費,當日晚上18點50分左右抵達大廳櫃檯,裡面有3位服務人員,有2位服務正在接待1位客人,基於禮貌,等候服務人員將前一位客人服務完後再做取餐詢問;等了6分鐘後詢問服務人員,大廳服務人員引導至1樓餐廳櫃檯詢問,餐廳人員又引導到大廳櫃檯,我跟餐廳櫃檯說「大廳櫃檯請我過來現在又要我過去?」後來另一位服務人員引導我到地下室的中餐廳,到了後我向服務人員說要取餐,中餐服務人員詢問「要取什麼餐?」我出示手機結帳的畫面,人員一臉懵懂,詢問我在哪訂餐⋯後來她間接詢問,確實有接到訂單,但沒有做,要我再等,前面問取餐來來回回已經浪費很多時間夠火了,還要我等多久,如果我可以等,預訂是要幹嘛的?我說要退款,服務人員要我自己操作?我問他要怎麼操作?服務人員一問三不知⋯⋯我沒時間與她爭辯,我說隔天來拿,服務人員完全沒有給憑據就只寫在一張廢紙上?我當下怒火中燒卻還能好言相向。 我就問,我從左營高鐵騎到貴公司不用時間嗎?隔天還要再去一次,當我時間很多?預訂的用意在哪,飯店人員連取餐動線都不知道?浪費顧客時間?退款方式也不會?還要求客人在現場等,想不出辦法不解決事情,一直浪費時間,何況不是我一個人等,是家人等著我拿晚餐回去?然後隔天還要我再從左營跑一趟過去⋯⋯你們不是小集團吧?在餐飲界也是數一數二小有名氣吧?還是我們這些花小錢的平民百姓你們看不上眼?請你們給個合理解釋! 為什麼人員取餐動線不熟,讓客人來來回回詢問? 為什麼已經線上點餐了,卻漏單卻還要讓客人待在現場等傻乎乎的像個白癡?預訂用意何在? 為什麼人員不會操作退款也不詢問,還要求客人自己解決? 貴公司是人才短少嗎?為什麼人員...
