2021年/2022年追記 來記錄一下後來吃過的一些口味
比較喜歡的包含: 椰香杏仁、沙巴雍、榛果、義式杏仁餅乾(這幾種應該是有牛奶的) 椰香杏仁是椰子碎片和杏仁角 義式杏仁餅乾連冰淇淋底都有餅乾香,好吃 如果喜歡甜度再低一點的,也可以試試看提拉米蘇口味
開心果我查了一些資料還是不太懂這家做的應該分在哪個等級。據說真正的開心果冰淇淋不太綠,確實比較偏褐色,但派奇尼的吃起來有一點帶榛果香的感覺。可能改天再去義大利多吃幾款才有辦法做出比較有參考價值的評價。
玉荷包荔枝、黑醋栗、草莓黛克立(這幾種是無牛奶的)也是值得推薦的口味。 派奇尼有些水果口味(例如鳳梨)蓬鬆到有一點奇怪,不過玉荷包荔枝這款口感剛好,而且很香,讓人想外銷給義大利人吃吃看w 黑醋栗雖然有很多果粒碎片,不過我還滿喜歡的,酸甜平衡抓得不錯
另外例如香橙(這個忘記有沒有牛奶,是一種類似橙花的香味,很有記憶點)、米冰淇淋也滿特別的,有興趣可以嘗試(猜測米冰淇淋這個口味是源自歐洲一種叫做米布丁的牛奶甜粥)
要說覺得比較可惜的口味,應該是現場內用的某種茶冰淇淋(可能是焙茶或其他種烏龍,2022/1/9)。吃得到茶味可是很淡,主要還是牛奶底的味道。雖然知道茶葉稍微高級一點成本就會很高,但台灣人太習慣茶味了(無論高級或廉價),所以還是重口味一點感覺會比較好(像是奶茶通常會用重口味平價茶,不太會用東方美人或其他細緻的單品茶加奶這樣的感覺)。順帶一提,當天另一球花蜜口味我就滿喜歡。
整體來說這家真的比較接近義大利冰淇淋,口感綿滑,化得快,冰晶完全沒有或極細。而且部分口味甜度也很義大利(其實義大利冰淇淋滿多口味偏甜,然後水果的常常又酸又甜)。冰淇淋桶、冰淇淋鏟和甜筒也是義大利當地常見的版本。(有蓋子的冰淇淋桶比較容易控制溫度,口感好,比花俏的開蓋式冰櫃更受義大利人喜愛)
