2019/12/29 再訪 後記 這一次抱持開心難得的心情期待再次品嚐，但味道感覺變了，沒以前的那麼好吃，抹茶的香氣、味道、濃度…等都讓我有點失望，抹茶粉使用青嵐…以這樣等級的抹茶粉來說價錢稍貴。 ★令人難忘的一場抹茶盛宴，身為抹茶控必須一試 ***來這家店是去年的事情了，但一直忘了給評論，對不起這家令我驚艷的抹茶店，雖然可能評論會失真，但確實是我去年體驗到的真實感受！ ****雙人抹茶套餐，一份抹茶拼盤+2杯抹茶拿鐵，展開一趟抹茶之旅；那時店家主打使用丸久小山園的金輪製作，對我來說非常震驚（本人有在點茶，也有使用過金輪），畢竟金輪可是丸久濃茶入門等級了，實在是下重本，就我所知一般抹茶店用丸久都是使用若竹、青嵐、五十鈴等烘焙 飲料用的低階抹茶，其中也是礙於成本考量的問題，所以這家一定要來朝聖一下！ *****抹茶千層：目前在台灣吃過的抹茶千層裡鶴立雞群，濃郁抹茶香，不甜膩，層層口感，不似有的千層吃起來像“蛋糕”（沒錯，我真的吃過抹茶名店的千層吃起來反而像蛋糕），上層撲滿了抹茶粉像一片抹茶地毯與內層抹茶醬內外夾擊的滋味令人讚賞！ *****抹茶塔：依舊抹茶十分濃郁之抹茶塔，橫切面下來可以看到令人垂涎的滿滿抹茶內餡，一口咬下口感紮實，抹茶清香便蔓延開來，完全不會膩！ ****抹茶乳酪（？有點忘記正確名稱）：乳酪在比例上拿捏是很困難的，外面常有的狀況便是，有乳酪味卻沒抹茶香或反之有抹茶味卻沒乳酪香，但這間有達到標準，抹茶與乳酪的香氣味道都有出來，也不過分甜膩使人厭倦！ *丸子：是個人認為拼盤裡面的老鼠屎，十分一般，味道也沒什麼特別之處，裹上糖衣吃好甜很膩，如果可以貼差價把丸子換其他3樣其中一樣，我不會猶豫… *****抹茶拿鐵：熟悉的味道，外觀也很吸引人，入口以舌淺嚐，抹茶味在舌尖釋放開來，香氣在嘴裡繚繞，不苦不澀無粉感，底蘊回甘，雖說我猜應是“調和”過後的金輪抹茶粉，但表現可以打趴一堆抹茶名店綽綽有餘！ ***現場假日可能要等，記得那時等了一下，環境普通，雖說乾淨明亮但因為店面不大所以被分配到的位子蠻小的不是很舒適。

Quite pricey for local standards but drinks were alright. Staff could have been more upfront when ordering about the company's drink policy. Greater flexibility could be given for each person to order a drink or dessert instead of strictly a drink- we'll hit the min spending either way.

Not bad in terms of food and drinks taste wise. Matcha. If you happen to be in the area I would say go for it. But I wouldn't leave a 4 star review as there is a really weird policy where every one is required to buy a drink. Desserts not included.
