Came with my family. I wanted to have a nice meal with them but I have dietary restrictions due to health reasons and cannot eat too salty. I asked them to use hot water as a base or even dilute it a little with water, and they refused. So I couldn’t even have a nice meal with my family.
Even places like Hai Di Lao or small hot pot places allow you to use water as a base, especially for people with health issues. I was so swollen immediately after because the soup is so heavy and salty for no reason. Ingredients were standard quality, not fantastic.
Attitude from the employees was abysmal. This place is supposedly open until 12am, but the service was so slow at 9:30pm. Don’t stay open if you can’t hire enough people.

However, the watermelon soup is sour and it is not an acceptable taste for the majority of you.
I saw many people recommend chicken soup and it maybe better. Maybe it’s my fault to choose the special soup and not classic soup.
Services is none during having dinner. However, when we pay the bill. The staff feel sorry for watermelon soup and minus our fee of soup.
I’m not recommended this hotpot because I think Taiwan have many yummy hotpot. But I appreciate their attitude when they realised that we don’t feel satisfied for the meal. At least take some action...
